Drive the assigned sales target through assigned bank branches, Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement, Optimally use available technology platforms to service customers and provide quicker closures on cases to the Lead Generators, Network and build strong relationship with bank leadership and staff of the bank branches assigned, Connect with employees of the bank branches reguarly to train them on insurance,Ensure persistency through customer meeting and follow ups, Ensure SP activation and acheivement of the defined productivity, People Management, Recruitment,induction, performance management and retention of FLS, Assign and designate bank branches according to individual potential, Ensure adherence to sales management process within the team and their activation on sales parameters, Set deadlines, plan reviews and drive sales targets through the team
