Job Description

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and execute training, educational programs, and skill workshops
• Locate and recommend available resources to achieve organizational objectives and enhance employee and agent development
• Prepare short and long-term training schedules and use a database to track progress and ensure learning objectives are met
• Conduct new hire training for new employees to bring them up the learning curve
• Provide training on products, business processes, and compliance
• Plan and prepare training calendar
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain agents and sales employees
• Manage and develop client relationships to generate revenue for the business unit
• Plan workflows, ensure resource utilization and quality assurance
• Maintain database and prepare MIS reports on training
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify training needs
• Actively involved in product and content development
• Support Business Managers to acquire business in the first 6 months and build a strong team by analyzing the growth rate.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in BFSI

Salary

• The compensation package for this role is up to 8 lakhs per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
