Job Description

Sales Experience

Should have had extensive experience in Bancassurance Sales

Should have had experience in open architecture (which means should have managed multiple principals or sales of Life Insurance Policies of Multiple Companies.

Exceptional team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of experience with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the Banking/BFSI industry. Life insurance experience of a minimum of 5 years is necessary.

Salary and Benefits

The compensation package for this role ranges from 12 to 14 lakhs per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Role

Maintaining professional engagement levels consistently with the Channel Partner Leadership Teams (including Branch Head, Cluster Head, Circle Head, TPP team, etc.,) leading to minimal escalations and ensuring service resolution within TAT and achieving business objectives

Develop the CSM/Sr. CSM skills (First Level Leadership – FLL) and ensure they manage their direct reports (FLS) with apt/right engagements leading to low attrition and high productivity levels in the Territory.

Drive Persistency Levels

Invest time and efforts towards developing the FLL skills and competencies to ensure they manage their FLS fraternity efficiently thereby leading to higher channel partner engagement and reduced attrition.

Build one own team through Referrals and ensure 100% manning overall for the month Accountable for ensuring the 0-6 months FLS engagements are been done timely and aptly by the FLLs leading to FLSs time probation success (including conducting timely On-theJob training support by FLL).

Ability to manage the multi-task activities pertaining to Sales Management Process, First Time Right on Login to Conversion, Org. initiatives, Contests, Personal & Business Hygiene, etc., are been efficiently driven and sustained in the Territory.

Maintain a collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders and thereby fulfill business objectives seamlessly
